In-Warranty Services
For machines covered by the vendor’s warranty, we deliver hardware repair services according to the subject warranty terms and conditions and the vendor’s service excellence measures. This encompasses diagnosing the failure, ordering and installing new spare parts, and offering extended warranty (care pack).
Out-Of-Warranty Services
For out-of-warranty machines, we sell new spare parts besides offering hardware repair services, SLA contracts and extended basic warranty.
Professional Enterprise Implementation Services
For corporate datacenters and infrastructure networks, we offer hardware installation (Racks, PDUs, Servers, SAN Switches, Storage, KVM Switches, UPSs) as well as software configuration for the installed devices, implemented by certified professionals.
