Sales Account Manager
We are looking for a Sales Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Sales Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business with existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams including product team, credit team, and warehouse team to achieve targets and improve the entire customer experience.
- Handle customers’ requests by mail and phone and create technical and budgetary quotations for them upon stock availability or back orders.
- Reply and follow up tender requests with full technical solutions and budgetary prices upon stock availability and back orders.
- Create sales orders on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Follow up customers' payment for orders.
- Follow up orders' approvals (Product Owner – Financial).
- Follow up orders' process till invoiced and delivered to customers.
- Follow up payment collection for credit customers.
- Closing open invoices for open accounts.
- Always achieve Customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor degree.
- No less than 2 years of experience in the same field.
- Good command of English language.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of the Information Technology Industry.
- Good team-player.
- Ability to work under stress.

• Communicate with Customers and generate Leads.
• Understand Customer requirements, work with the Partners to design Solutions to address those Requirements.
• Identify the right Products for the offered Solutions.
• Prepare Bill of Materials (BOMs) & Quotes to the Business Partners (BPs).
Technical
• Bachelor's degree in Communication engineering or computer or similar.
• CCNA.
• Awareness of networking vendors and technology providers.
Non-Technical
• 2-3 years of Pre-sales or sales engineering experience.
• Excellent in English spoken & written.
• Customer focused.
• Target driven.
• Very Good Communication Skills.
• Own a Car.
