Mantrac Distribution - AVAYA Intelligent Xperiences Event | March-19

On 5th March 2019 at Marriot Mena House, Mantrac Distribution and AVAYA held the “Intelligent Xperiences” event for over 70 partners specialized in delivering open, converged and innovative contact center solutions; cloud-based, on-premise, or hybrid. The objective of the “Intelligent Xperiences” event by Avaya and Mantrac Distribution is outlining a clear strategy to support partners’ business growth in Digital Transformation in Egypt.

The event also covered partner incentive and loyalty programs, the future of Unified Communications, delivering the Multi-Touch Customer Experience, Avaya Centrum & Mid-Market Updates, and New Desktop & Hospitality Experiences. Avaya’s strength in providing intelligent connectivity was demonstrated through their open, converged and innovative solutions that enhance and simplify communications and collaboration.

On the other side, Mantrac Distribution focused on sales engagement with its partners as well as price support on announcing its Q2 Rewarding Program and a time-limited Promo on IP Office Bundles. Mantrac Distribution further empowers its channels on offering hardware warranty extension up to three years.

At the press conference covering the event, Ahmed El-FAYED – AVAYA Channel Manager, declared that Avaya invests over 200 billion dollars in research and development of intelligent solutions and that as of now, Avaya is successfully operating in 170 countries delivering contact services to over 139 million users. Mr. Hossam ROSHDY – Mantrac Distribution GM, added that Mantrac Distribution and Avaya, as one of its strategic partners, have successfully added real value to the communication industry and its development in Egypt since 2009.

Following, Ahmed MAGDY, MD Network and Security BU Manager, emphasized that holding these events are of great importance to introduce Avaya’s new solutions and transfer knowledge to business partners.
