Dell Technologies awards Mantrac Distribution for its outstanding performance in 2021 and overall achievement in growing Dell business and partners in Egypt. Mantrac Distribution is proud to receive such a recognition and thanks Dell Egypt team and all partners for their continuous support and cooperation. 

Housam Roshdy, General Manager – Mantrac Distribution, commented that in 2021, we have doubled our investments in Dell business on many levels including distribution channels, technical presales and POC support, and implementation and deployment services. We have successfully inaugurated a dedicated business center for partner enablement and live demo purposes. In addition, we have invested more to support our partners’ value-chain with focus on Dell Technologies digital transformation solutions through product awareness sessions and our EMC Golden Incentive Program. 

On the operational level, we have upgraded all our systems for better logistics and handling in addition to expanding our sales, technical, and service teams to improve our partners’ and customers’ experience.
